Refund policy

Due to most of our jewellery being customized, designed and approved by our client before manufacturing process begins, we cannot exchange or refund you unless the item was received in a damaged condition. Or unless we engraved the incorrect text or set the wrong stones. 

If your item was delivered in damaged or poor condition, or if your order instructions differ from that of the final product, please email us at leannekayd@gmail.com with a reason for your return and images of the product within 24 hours of receipt. Thereafter refunds are not applicable.



Damages: Damages after use/wear - Damages or defects such a broken claw, chain or faulty clasp will be exchanged or repaired at our expense within 30 days. Thereafter a repair can be arranged at no charge, but you will be liable for courier fees.



When will I receive my refund/replacement? Once we have received your returned item and viewed the condition, *and we agree* that either the goods were not received in good condition or that we were at fault with regards to spelling or colours of gemstones or glitter etc. you will be contacted via email to confirm the final process of your refund, repair or replacement.



EFT refund: Your refund will be processed within one week of arriving at our office. 



Disclaimer: Jewellery returned in a poor or neglected condition will not be refunded. The jewellery in our studio is carefully designed, personalised and manufactured with respect, love and care. Although they are all of a good quality they do still require caution and care when being handled and worn. Jewellery is not meant to be rough handled and needs to be stored appropriately. Sterling silver items do tarnish when in contact with certain chemicals or if they are left lying for too long without being cleaned and buffed. Should your item be damaged due to neglect or an unfortunate incident, or become tarnished, your honesty will be appreciated and a refurbishment, clean or polish can be arranged.
